Spencer Piatt, J.D.

Spencer Piatt is a healthcare executive and lawyer specializing in medical imaging strategy, operations, and regulatory compliance. He currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer of American Molecular Imaging (AMI), where he leads growth initiatives and partnerships with cancer centers, imaging networks, and life sciences organizations. In this role, he oversees corporate strategy, non-clinical operations, and compliance, advancing AMI’s mission to expand access to cutting-edge diagnostic imaging, theranostics, and clinical trials.

Since 2019, Spencer has also served as Chief Operating Officer of Inview Imaging Diagnostics, managing more than 15 multi-modality outpatient imaging centers and a radiology group across Northern California. Under his leadership, Inview has achieved fivefold growth through strategic partnerships and acquisitions, expanded payer networks, and more efficient patient throughput. Spencer has also spearheaded numerous partnerships with federally qualified health centers, broadening access to radiology services for underserved and rural populations.

Before transitioning into the healthcare field, Spencer served as an Attorney Advisor at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, where he worked on regulatory and licensing matters related to interstate natural gas and hydroelectric infrastructure. He also held legal and research roles with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and The George Washington University Law School, contributing to environmental and energy law scholarship.

Spencer holds a law degree from The George Washington University Law School and an undergraduate degree in International Relations from the University of California, Davis. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2014.
